How does it work?

 

Simply click PLACE AN ORDER in the menu at the top of the page, and follow the prompts. If you're unsure about what to click, just click Other, and type a description of what repair you'd like us to do. If you can upload a photo, that will help us to understand better, and give you an accurate quote.
 

Once you have completed the form, we will send you an email containing a postage label. Use the label to mail your item(s) to us. Once we receive them, we'll let you know roughly how long it should take. Then, just sit back, and wait. You'll have your item(s) back, repaired, as quick as possible.

"How much does postage cost?"

​

No - all postage costs are included in the price quoted in our PLACE AN ORDER form. Just put your item(s) in a mail-safe bag, print out and attach the prepaid postage label that we email to you, and take the parcel to your local Post Office. We recommend keeping receipts for tracking purposes.

"How long does it take?"

​

Every repair is different, but normally, you can expect to have your item(s) back within a week or two. At The Cobblers, whilst we do work as quickly and efficiently as we can, our top priority is making sure that each repair is to our impeccable standards. We want you to feel assured that you're getting  a great job, every time, so sometimes this may mean you'll have to wait a little longer.

"Why is an experience with The Cobblers different to other shoe repairers?"


With over 70 years combined experience, The Cobblers know everything there is to know about repairing shoes, boots, handbags, and other leather goods. Our online repair service enables you to have your item(s) repaired from the comfort of your own home, without having to venture out to busy shopping centres. The only time you'll have to leave your house, is to drop your item off at your local Post Office.

"What if I need a few different things fixed on my shoes?"

​

No problem! Simply select 'Combo Deal', and choose the one that's right for you. The Mini Makeover includes new soles and heels, new laces if required, a polish, and any minor repairs to the outside of the shoe/boot. The Diamond Deal covers everything, and is the best option to cover every aspect of the shoe/boot.

"How do I pay?"

 

Once you've completed filling in the Online Order From, you'll be asked to enter your credit card details. All major credit cards are accepted. We use Stripe - a trusted, secure way to pay for things online. We do not store, or have access to, your credit card details.

"Where do you ship to?"

 

Anywhere in Australia! Just enter your address when completing the Online Order Form, and we'll ship your item(s) back once they've been repaired.
